Ensure that you receive a confirmation of your cancellation or new appointment time to avoid any misunderstandings. 4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your session. Please notify us as soon as possible if you expect to be late. 5. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided the required 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a fee or may lose any deposit made. 6.
